The international screenings of The Stolen Princess by Animagrad studio are on their way, and during the screenings in Poland total admission reached 1 000 000 spectators! The movie is released in two versions in Poland: in Ukrainian language as well as in Polish adaptation. The box office of the first two weekends were more than satisfying for the distributors!
This week The Stolen Princess’ journey will proceed: on July 5th the movie will be released in Slovenia, and soon after in Hungary and Estonia. And on July 22nd the screenings will start in India, the world’s most populated country.
Recall that on March 7 the animation film was launched in Ukraine, where The Stolen Princess immediately set the record and became the highest-grossing film of Ukrainian production: for two weeks the animation collected 29,801,235 hryvnia and surpassed the three-month box office of the military drama Cyborgs with collections in 23 032 807 hryvnia. The rights for the movie were sold to more than 50 countries, and it is still on the screens in Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries.
